Ordering and Prices
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The standard shirt price is Rs 2,195 unless a different price is shown for a product. Prices may change, and the price shown at the time you place your order applies to that order. When you place an order, we will confirm it. If an item is unavailable, Vortex Jersey reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer only. For Bank Transfer orders, payment must be completed as instructed during checkout or order confirmation before dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery is currently available within Pakistan only. A flat Rs 250 delivery charge applies per order across Pakistan. The estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days, subject to order confirmation and shipping location.
Returns and Exchanges
You have a 7-day return window from delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with tags attached. Customised name-and-number jerseys are NOT returnable. Return courier charges are paid by the customer. To start a return, please contact support within 7 days of delivery.
Custom Name and Number Printing
Custom name and number printing is available at an additional charge. Please confirm your printing details and the extra cost before ordering. Printed items cannot be returned.
